Q. I'm interested in your services how do I become a customer?
A. Click on the Contact category and get in touch by whatever method suits and we'll either send a sample pack or if you have been recommended personally and are already satisfied with the word of your fellow Secretary then you'll need to send or email a copy of your summons along with the current business. The summons will be set up and an Adobe Acrobat .pdf emailed or hard copy sent for approval. An order form is available in hard copy or electronic version in Word or Acrobat format upon request.

Q. What is your turnaround?
A. Because DWP services many lodges in the UK then we require a minimum of 10 (ten) working days notice. For example - if you require your summons in your hands for distribution to your members on the 10th of the month then we will need the copy on the 1st of the month. A proof (if requested) will be despatched on the 4th/5th of the month. You will have two days to approve and/or send amendments. DWP upon receipt of the approval will print and despatch the summons to one address (usually the Secretary).

Q. What are your payment terms?
A. The invoice is attached to the front of the package the summons arrives in (serving as an address label) and is payable as soon as possible after receipt (usually when the Secretary passes the invoice to the Treasurer at the meeting or when accounts are passed for payment in the agenda etc.). You can alternatively pay with any credit card via an electronic invoice emailed upon request.
